Well, we have a new pc running on Vista. Little did I know that when I clicked on IE that I wouldn't be able to log onto the Fiskateer website without a new Flashplayer. IE8 is a 64bit browser and won't accept Flashplayer needed for certain browsing applications. I couldn't access this website without it....Except for the little known fact that this os (operating system Vista) has not only the 64 bit IE on it but the 32 bit IE as well and the Flashplayer will work with the 32 bit and that's how I arrived safely back on the Fiskateers website. SO....if any of your fellow Fiskateers can't access the site...(of course the only way they'll be able to tell you is via email or phone) you can let them know about this. Right in the Start menu, under programs..look for IE..you should see two icons, one will say 64bit and this is NOT the one to click on to run your internet browser. Click the other. Hope you all find this useful. I know I did.

Hi Rhonda, I am not to good with the technical computer type of stuff. Hopefully someone on the message board can help you out. I wonder if you could contact Fiskars IT Team! _____________________________ Scrap away, scrap away, scrap away all. Please pray for our soldiers. Blog: http://kellyisascrapdiva.wordpress.com

Hi I had solved the problem...as you can see I am actually accessing this site. The trick is that Vista has both the 32 and 64 bit IE browser in it's operating system. The trick is to know which one works with websites that use FlashPlayer. The 32 bit works with the Fiskateers site.
