Have you heard? There’s a new book in town called, Let’s Sew Together by Rubyellen Bratcher from the blog Cakies. If you, like me, are planning to be around children who want to MAKE STUFF this summer, this book is a very handy resource to have around. It’s brimming with creative ideas for children and parents and despite its name, each chapter also includes no-sew projects, educational activities, play ideas and even reading suggestions that tie in with the craft activities. We delved right in and got busy, of course! And judging by what we’ve made together so far, the ideas are sooo imaginative, with beautiful photos directions and clear instructions.
