I am so bummed! I had shot a quick Guilty Crafter video to show the steps of making this SUPER easy Girl Scout Cookie Box project but it didn't turn out well enough to edit. Suffice it to say- this is as simple as cutting up a few box fronts (and backs), using your favorite adhesive to create the size you want and then adding paper pages. M is for Mom and Monogram

I recently went to a baby shower and made this M for a sweet baby on the way named Madalyn. I've made these for years and they are so simple and I got to thinking . . . what a quick addition to a Mother's Day gift. M can be for Madalyn or Mom. So I thought I'd share with you a quick how to if you haven't made your own. I kept this baby monogram simple but you could go all out with lots of layers of mixed media. I've made so many for others including my daughter I'm thinking of making one for me for my studio. They are so quick too. I created one years ago that I shared in Somerset Home . . . a sweet A for my Abby.

Here's what you need . . .

Author: Cheryl #2 | Category: Crafts, Challenges, Tools, Techniques, Projects, Inspiration, video tutorials | Posted: April 26, 2012 at 6:15 am

I loved taking on Angela's challenge to create something from a Girl Scout Cookie box. What fun. I loved the project Stephenie shared . . . and I'm sure each of us will create something totally unique.

After weighing between making a purse, wallet or mixed media journal . . . I chose

Framed!  Secret Agent Groovy Deb 2644 has competed her mission!

Whenever a package arrives from Fed Ex I get super excited thinking about what is inside. Don't you? This time when I opened it I found a new border punch called Double Bubble (which by the way is the perfect name for it!) and a wooden picture frame. I like to think outside of the box so in this case I decided I would think ou...

On-Line Class Postponed - Sorry!

Author: Rebecca #411 | Category: Tools, Techniques | Posted: April 18, 2012 at 7:01 am

Hey everyone, we've been trying to get the video chat to work in the Fiskateer chatroom but we're having a few difficulties.  It looks like we're going to have to use one of the other streaming sites.  Since we're going to be going over alot of information in this class, I'm looking into ways to be able to use it without those annoying ads interrupting the broadcast., but we won't be rea...
