Happy Birthday, Fiskars! Crop Challenge #2

Good Morning!  I am once again on my way to a Fisk-a-Fabulous Crop.  The 2nd of two Happy Birthday, Fiskars! crops!  I love seeing Fisk-a-Friends and I am so Excited!

I wish You all could be with us today (if only I owned my own airplane!) and I want to share some of the Fisk-a-Fun with You.

I play a game during the crop where You can earn raffle tickets for getting some scrappin’ done.  So we are going to play the same game here.  For every scrapbook page You complete, You will get one raffle ticket.  If on that same scrapbook page You used a Fiskars punch (any Fiskars punch, but I have to be able to see it :) ) You get a bonus ticket.  So You can get 2 raffle tickets for every scrapbook page You complete.  The same applies to two cards.  For every 2 cards You complete, You get one ticket.  If there is a Fiskars punch on the cards, You get a bonus ticket.

  • One scrapbook page = one raffle ticket or
  • One scrapbook page w/Fiskars punch = two raffle tickets
  • Two cards = one raffle ticket or
  • Two cards w/Fiskars punch = two raffle tickets

How to enter?  Complete Your project and upload it to the Fiskateer gallery and leave a comment here with a link.  You have until Monday night (I’ll draw a winner on Tuesday morning) to enter as many times as You can.  The winner will get a Fisk-a-Fabulous Prize Pack!

To keep Your creative energy going, be sure to eat lots of sugary treats (like Flipz and orange soda) and wear lots of orange.  Take lots of breaks to chat with Your Fisk-a-Friends (I suggest the chatroom).  And be sure to sing Happy Birthday, Fiskars! (or play it on a kazoo if You have one) while wearing a party hat.

    Yes, I was lucky enough to be one of the 12 who was at the party Saturday. Thanks Kelly Jo for the great time, snacks, and fiskatools! Dawn the store was awesome and we will be back soon. Most of all it was great to meet all my newest Fiskateer Friends, Laura, Linda, Carla Rae, and Fran, it was amazing! We will see each other again.

    Why do cards only count half as much as scrapbook pages? I find them to be a lot more work, maybe because I’m giving them to someone else.

    I haven’t scrapped in months. I just recently signed up for Got Sketch 104 by Janna Wilson & Valerie Salmon for a 3 week class & knew I’d better start scrapping or the class would be over. I love their classes. So being motivated by this sketch by Janna Wilson & Kelly Jo’s challenge…here’s my first LO in months. This sketch works in perfect with Kelly Jo’s challenge. I used my Fiskars One Way & Star Squeeze Punches on this layout. Thanks for another great challenge Kelly Jo.
