STAMP OUT BLUE PEOPLE!

Did we get your attention? Great, because Angela and I have a challenge for you! While we love all of the new Fiskateers that have signed on in the last few months, we’re really tired of seeing all of those blue heads everywhere! We’d much rather see smiling faces, a pretty flower, or a craft project. We know that some people might not know how to change their avatar, so this is going to be a “helping hand” challenge.
There are two ways that this will work:
Scenario #1- For those that have an avatar loaded
1. Feel free to pm a blue person through the message board and offer them some assistance to change their avatar. Please don’t message someone multiple times, we don’t want to harass anyone! If you don’t hear back from them, just move on to another blue person.
2. Once they’ve responded and you help them with their avatar, the former blue person needs to EMAIL myself (rebecca@fiskateers.com) or Angela (angela@fiskateers.com), tell us that their avatar has been changed, and provide us with their name and Fiskateer number, and the name and Fiskateer # of the kind soul that helped them. Please do NOT pm Angela or myself thru the message board, it will be too hard to track if we have emails going to all different places! The helper should also EMAIL one of us with the name and # of the person they assisted. Again, no pm’s thru the message board please.
The more people you help, the better your chances of winning because you will be given one entry for each person you help!
We also wanted to include the folks that have been wanting to change but can’t figure it out, so that’s why we have….
Scenario#2 - If you are a blue person and can’t figure out how to change your avatar.
1. Feel free to pm a Fiskateer with a non-blue avatar and ask them for some help! We’re all about helping one another here on the Fiskateer site. Again, please don’t send someone multiple messages. If you don’t hear back from someone in a few days, select someone else! Hint: I’d pick someone that seems to hang out here a lot! They know their stuff!
2. Once your avatar has been changed, EMAIL myself (rebecca@fiskateers.com) or Angela (angela@fiskateers.com) with your name and Fiskateer #, and the name and Fiskateer# of the person that helped you. Again, no pm’s thru the message board please. The helper should also email us with the same information.
You will have until Saturday, Nov. 2nd at 8 pm EST to change avatars and send your emails. Anything received after the deadline will not be eligible.
I’m sure you’re all thinking, “Eligible for what?” Well, we will randomly draw one winner from the “helper” list and one winner from the “former blue person” list and give them each the Fiskars version of a blue person…..

Yes, we will give a Push n Print Stamp Factory to one randomly selected “helper” and one randomly selected “former blue person”. Wahoo! Now get out there and stamp out blue people!

Ok, I get that Fiskateers don’t want to be confused with Smurfs or members of The Blue Man Group, but I have clicked everything possible to click on and don’t see how to change an avatar. I also clicked to send a message of questions to Mardi but have no clue where in cyberspace that message went to or where a reply will show up back to me! This message may result in more of the same but if anyone can find my lost self (I’m wearing blue) and save me I would show my appreciation by dressing up and comeing to your party!
