It’s almost time to break out the Hershey’s Twizzlers Candy!
I love to eat Twizzlers while I’m scrapping. Matter of fact, if you ever attended one of my classes or make-and-takes in the past, you’ve probably seen this sweet treat sitting on the table or in a candy bowl for everyone to enjoy.
Hershey’s Twizzlers come in various flavor varieties, but for me, the original flavor has always been my favorite and I know that I’m not alone. And fans of this candy can go crazy while visiting Chocolate World during the Hershey Fisk-a-Friendzy next month. Not only can they find their favorite bags of this candy, there’s more! …
At last count, there are only about 10 seats available for the Hershey Fisk-a-Friendzy scheduled for Saturday, November 1st. If you live in the area and have been toying with the idea to attend this sweet, once-in-a-lifetime event, I would highly suggest that you reserve your seat now! I’ve got a strange feeling that if you wait until after this weekend, you’re registration request will be too late! (Check the Fiskateer Calendar for registraition information.)
Twizzlers rock! Especially while cropping becasue they can’t melt on your layouts and become a permenant embellishment like chocolate occassionally does. (Oh yeah, that’s happened to me. LOL!) What do you think? Leave a comment here and I’ll send a lucky random winner some of this yummy candy and a Fiskars Paper Crimper so you can turn any paper into the pattern you find on a yummy stick of licorice. I’ll pick a random winner sometime this Sunday night.

I so wish I could attend one of the events, but I’ll be at the Crop with May. I do hope to see lots of pictures of the wonderful events, though!

I just saw one used in a video the other day and wanted to do the craft so I called everywhere and there’s none to be found. Wish it wasn’t only 2 days before our anniversary, I’d order one and tell dh I did his shopping for him already. Lol.

I also think they make a great scrapbooking snack - I always try to serve snacks that do not leave “embellishments’ on your pages. Now about the crimper - Love it - especially since I don’t have one.

I also like the string Twizzlers where you pull off one “string” at a time.
I do love real German black licorice, but not the fake black licorice.
