announcing: ON LINE event!

Hey all, it’s May, legendary fiskateer #004 here.
Guess what?
As you probably know by now the lead fiskateers are each having a regional event somewhere in the USA. Well, I’ve been asked to head up the on-line event that will take place October 18th right here on the site. That’s right- we’re going to have a ‘regional’ right here on-line!!! I will have contests, special guests, prizes, chats, and lots of fun planned for you. It’s my first ever LEGENDary crop and I sure do hope you’ll join in.
I’m deep in thinking and planning mode, so if you’ve got input I’d love to hear it! (you can leave a comment here or e-mail me at mflaum (at) comcast.net) I hope you’ll mark your calendar and join in. This is going to be SUCH FUN!!!

September 12th, 2008 at 1:02 pmoh no!!! I’m going to be at a Scrapbooking retreat at a campground in the wilderness with no internet access that weekend!!! I was soooo looking forward to this one since I’m too far away from all the other events. It’s a sad day in my house now…
I hope you’ll do this again soon! It sounds like so much fun!

I’d love to go to one of them but living in Canada, I think the closest event would be PA and with the cost of gas these days…at least we get to spend the day with May.
