Wow . . . is there a load of fun around the corner in the next few months. Can you believe how fast this year is flying by?
I wanted to share that myself, Angela and Rebecca are all headed out to Scrapfest this weekend held at the Mall of America in Minnesota. I have been there several times as my husband’s parents live about 15 minutes away. I’ll be extending my stay a little longer to spend some time with them. What a fun place to host such an awesome event. There’s so much excitement that is surrounding this event. So come check it out if you’re in the area. It’s going to be a blast. I know I’ll have the opportunity to see a handful of you wonderful Fiskateers and I’m excited about that fact. My mother in law Coni and her friend Annie (fiskateers) will be coming out to visit too! Fun stuff!!! Hope to see you there if you are in the area.
I also wanted to share that I’m so excited about the upcoming regional events. I’ve been preparing and planning some of the details the last couple of weeks. There are some things that I think you’re going to enjoy . . . games, fun, surprises, and making new Fiskafriends! Just today I had a great discussion with a Fiskateer friend and I can’t wait to share what is up our sleeve! This is going to be like no other event. Each of the regionals. I’m just looking so forward to this. I’m eager to get more and more details finalized and I’m excited about all the surprises coming your way! Each event will be unique!
I did want to share a quick story about a gal that joined the Fiskateer community a few weeks ago. She shared a story that her husband was taking a class at a college and learned about the Fiskateers. He said something like . . . that’s a group for my wife. Well, she checked it out and viewed the Nifty Fifty trip to San Antonio, Texas and said, ‘Yes, this is the group for me.’ She shared with me that she really enjoyed the following video where three out of the four founding leads (myself, Holly and Stephenie) thanked the group of fifty women. May was a new mom at the time. She’s now a fiskateer and loving it. This is what she viewed.

She had mentioned that what I had shared at the N50 event had touched her heart. Let’s just say there was a lot of heartfelt love and tears that were in that room. It was incredible. So I wanted to share this with you all again. I’m sure there are going to be similar moments like these at the regional events! Check out the videos and how much fun the N50 event was. Fun in every corner of the country with the Fiskateer Regional events . . . it’s a Fisk-a-friendzy. I’m looking so forward to building more of those memories with you!
