Lazy Days of Summer

School’s here and that marks the ‘end of summer’ although the weather doesn’t tell us that here in California. It’s a little sad in that there are no more ‘lazy summer days’. However, the beginning of school marks a new chapter, new learning, activities, friendships, blessing, and the soon to come season (my favorite) of Fall.
But I thought I’d share a layout I did (Karen Russell style - love her line) of some of our memories at the beach. I gave my daughter a few photos too and she enjoyed creating. Love it.
School starts for Abigail on Friday and for some maybe it started today (or earlier). Either way commemorating and remembering summer is important. What family trips did we take? What memories were made? Big events, little events and everyday moments like these at the beach. So as ’summer comes to a wrap’ . . . I’m wishing you a wonderful school year!
