Challenge Update

Thank you to everyone who took my Olympic Sized Challenge. The projects were very beautiful and inspiring. I put all the names in a hat and picked a random winnner…

Now, for our next challenge…
I am in full on Baby Mode, so what better challenge than a Baby Challenge? I could really use the inspiration since all of my creative energy seems to be missing at the moment.
Create any paper craft that is Baby Themed (scrapbook page, card, mini-album, baby gifts, etc.) post it to the Fiskateer Gallery and leave a comment here with the link. I will draw a winner Thursday, Sept. 11th (Yes, I said September…wow the time is flying!)
And there’s a bonus…anyone who creates a baby themed project with their OWN Baby photo on it will be entered into a seperate drawing. That’s right, there are 2 prizes up for grabs this week. And just so no one is shy, here’s my baby photo.
The only rule is that your creation must be newly created just for this challenge.
Have fun and I can’t wait to be Inspired!!!

I was lucky enough to get these baby pictures of me when my mom passed away a few years ago, and no better thing to do with them but make a baby scrapbook of me. I love showing my kids my book I made and looking back at my memories as a kid.

Kelly Jo’s Baby Challenge. This was a bittersweet page to scrap. Yesterday my sister and I were 43 yrs old. We were born triplets and our sister Darlene, passed away at 1 day old, and we have missed being able to share birthdays with her. We have very few baby pictures and this being the best one ever, I had to find a way to include Darlene so I talked about her on the tag and then I rubberstamped an angel in the clouds over the tag to represent our dear triplet.
I am on the right, Deborah on the left.
