Where’s the CHA Sneak?

Thought I’d share something a little different on this next CHA sneak.

While at Fiskars headquarters last month, we Lead Fiskateers where given a little time each day to do what we do best, scrapbooking.  We were each given a blank canvas and access to cabinets full of Fiskars brands paper lines, embellishments and tools.  Talk about heaven!

We were given a topic for our canvas projects… Harness the Inner Superhero.  Now I’ve never recalled wanting superhero powers before, but I do love a good mystery book as well as investigation crime shows.  Since my Fiskateer number is 99, I thought Agent 99 was more fitting for me.  I selected some bright Heidi Grace papers and embellishments well as some Travel papers from Cloud 9.  But while putting the final touches on my canvas, something was missing.  It needed something more.  It just didn’t have my final “seal of approval” as a completed project.  So, I headed back to those cabinets and I ran into Suzanne (from Fiskars TV) and told her about my situation.  She lead me to a desk around the corner, just a few feet away.  She pointed to a box of TOP SECRET tools that were going to be released at CHA and then I heard the words “go ahead and use them.”   What an awesome thrill huh?

So now I get to share with you a different type of sneak peek… the first completed project where a brand new tool was used.
