A Fun Filled and Busy Week

Wow . . . what a fun filled packed week and weekend.
It started when I attended a fun day with some talented and special ladies. Some of them I knew and others I didn’t. We each brought personalized gifts for those who were planning to come. Wow . . . the gifts I went away with were priceless and so precious. Here are a photo of one of my gifts from my mini scrap retreat.
On Friday night I attended a Girl’s Night Out event and shared about the Fiskateers and did a make and take. There were some seasoned scrappers and some just starting out. Wow . . . those who were just starting out did a fantastic job as it was an extensive project. They did wonderful. It was a late but fun evening!
Then on Saturday morning I joined some newly made friends on the Scrap City website for a chat. There were some lovely people that I had the opportunity to chat with and some great questions, new friendships made and great feedback. What was an hour chat turned to two and I loved every minute of it.
Then of course there were lots of festivities surrounding football. Then on Saturday evening I hurried to our beautiful new church building and set up for the Crafting Connection (the fourth Saturday of every month). It is a wonderful and relaxing event.
Then on Sunday I joined my loved friends at Crops2Remember. They had a sweet group of ladies who were very enthusiastic. Crops2Remember always puts on a super event . . . I’m hoping to attend in the future. They do a fantastic job and always have a good number of people for their retreats. The gals were so interested in ideas, learning more about the tools that some of them already have in their bags, learning more about the Fiskateers and sure enjoyed the goodies and feeling the “Fiskars love”. It was a fun day!
What a great fun filled weekend and just think . . . next weekend . . . National Scrapbook Day. Wow! While it was a whirlwind of a week . . . it was sure a fun one!
