Tools of the Trade…

I love a few of my tools so much that they are requirements for cropping:

  • my portable rotary paper trimmer
  • my squeeze punch corner rounder
  • my micro-tip scissors
  • my Fiskars tape runner
  • rain dots - lots and lots of rain dots!

This layout allowed me to use all of my favorites in one!  I love the new Cloud 9 eyelet rain dots - they are great as actual eyelets, but for this layout, they fit right in as another layer on the paper as embellishments!

Sorry - no sun here today so I had to try taking these inside with the flash - they are a little grainy!

Anyway…  just wanted to share what you can do with just the basic tools…  you can bring a lot of life and dimension with the stuff you use everyday!

    Super cute!

Are the fiskars tape runners refillable? I couldn’t seem to get mine apart (I got one from May in a RAK), but I’m not sure if i’m supposed to be able to get it apart :)

You really know how to put your tools to good use. I have not ever seen the rain dot eyelets. They are great. I got some rain dots in my package from May during March madness and that was my first experience with them. #3291
