1 minute tags:

Or maybe even less. Yes, I’m serious. Gift tags can be made FAST, CUTE, and it’s fun. The key? Don’t get hung up on perfect. Just stick some stickers on and go. Here’s my personal process:

  1. Gather adhesive, scissors, trimmer, a punch or two, paper, and some stickers/embellishments.
  2. Cut cardstock (or patterned paper) into pieces that are the same size. I did white cardstock 2 3/4 x 2 1/8 (that’s because I used 8×11 cardstock- any size 2″ or bigger would work!)
  3. place a sticker, tag, border sticker, and/or rub-on onto the tag. Then write out your to/from and attach to a package!

It really can be that simple. As I said before- the key is to not get hung up on perfect. Just crank ‘em out. You’ll love some more than others. Here are a few of my favorites from my last session. I sit down for 20 minutes, make a bunch, then I have them ready when I go to wrap!

Very inspiring! You always remind me not to ‘over-think’ my projects, and I always tend to do that. You have just shown us how quick and easy to create tags that are great. THANK YOU!

I love tags too! Last year I made sooo many for a friend of mine as part of her Christmas gift. She has been scrapping for two years now and I got her started, so I like to add to her collection as well as mine. In my crop group I am known as Tag Princess since I love making them so much :)
