NSR - My Cubs!!!

This is TOTALLY not scrapbook related, but as most of you know, we are bit of a Chicago sports family… just a tad…
Anyway, last night, our Cubs made it into the playoffs. Now, anyone who knows baseball at all knows that this is not just a big deal, but HUGE!!! We are known as the “lovable losers” - not winners… so to say the very least, we are ecstatic here at our house!

September 30th, 2007 at 11:11 amYou know I was excited. My son and I drove up to Cincinnati yesterday for the game. We had hoped they would hold off on winning the division until then so we could be there but it didn’t happen. Yesterday’s game was pretty good though, they let the lesser playing team members go and they proved they could do it. Had a perfect game going for a while.
