Greetings Friends and Fiskateers. As you’ve probably noticed, you haven’t heard from me in a while. Well, there have been lots of changes and one of them being we have moved.
There’s a lot of details behind our move but nonetheless we are so happy (and healthier) in our new home. We now call the city of Portola Hills our home and live in a cute townhome. It’s lovely here and away from the city a bit, in the country. We even have a beautiful view of the ocean from our patio and our bedroom. It’s awesome.
Here are some photos I’d like to share. A couple of them are with Abigail and her new friends ~ “Strawberry” and “Snowball”. We had a baby shower for Abigail the day we moved, since she lost her animals and baby dolls. This meant so much to her and Strawberry and Snowball came to life too. I even got showered with a blessing . . . a very special Fiskateer made the angel and gave her to me to watch over us here. Thank you!
I wanted to thank you for those who were such a support. When you go through challenges in life you realize who your true friends and support are. I love you all . . . Fiskateers, family, friends and our church family as well. Thank you! You are a blessing.
We are still settling but I think you’ll be hearing from me a little more often now.
Remember to scrap the challenges too . . . they will encourage you to be grateful and count your blessings.
Speaking of counting your blessings . . . I’ll be sharing sometime soon an opportunity to win some fun prizes surrounding Scrappink (raising awareness and funds to find a cure for Breast Cancer). I’ll be at a big event on Saturday (you should see my house . . . pink everywhere) to join some ladies in rallying for the cause. But stay tuned . . .
