Go WSU Cougars!

Hello everyone! How do you get rid of a crop hangover? (I hosted one last night) Answer: Venti Starbucks. I’m totally on a coffee and chocolate high. Well it is a GLORIOUS Saturday afternoon here in Pullman, WA. We’re in the middle of the “me book” class, and since everyone is having a BLAST playing with all kinds of goodies and making their all-about-me books I thought I’d take a moment to blog!

Karen and everyone here at paper pals is so super nice and this store is so totally amazing. Tons of great products, FULL classes, and of course a computer I can blog from! I’m doing 3 classes today. We did a fiskars lastest/greatest this morning, now the me book, and then we’re gonna PARTY in the afternoon garden party crop.

Everyone on the tour has been so great, and I can hardly wait to do this again!!! I am thrilled to report that this trip is going really, really well. Meeting people and taking time to crop, teach classes, and connect with crafters is such a joy and a blessing. My husband asked if I was going to the WSU game tonight… such a guy thing to ask. NO, I’ll be driving the 2hrs back to Richland to our hotel. And what a beautiful drive! I loved cruising through the hills and farmland while blasting my vintage George Strait. Yes, I am a country girl at heart. (though I’ll always be eclectic in my music tastes)

FYI- I had 2 GREAT meals yesterday, and my mom and Miss E. are going to enjoy playing at a park along the Columbia River today. Good times! =)

Alright… I’d  better wind dow

I am so glad things are going good and that you are having fun… Don’t feel bad, Matt was looking to see if (GASP!!!) the St. Louis Cardinals would be at home next Saturday when we go there for an event! He thought that he’d go to the game when I got done working… so I truly understand and feel you!

Sounds like you’re having having fun. Sorry WSU . . . yay Trojans! Remember I have a vested interest (cousin - Sam the Man #79 USC). Enjoy!

Ah, yes, the Cougars… Yes, they came and then they went… hah Can you tell I’m a USC fan? Most definitely… The cousin Cheryl talks about happens to be my nephew. Forgive me for being partial, but I do have to say, the Cougars had us scared. Sounds like you are having a great time and it is so nice that our mom and your daughter can accompany you.

I was there (at Paper Pals not the football game although the Cougs nearly pulled a huge upset) and loved the classes. Curious why the crop was called “garden party” though as I don’t recall anything garden related?

    Laura-

All your goodies were from the Heidi Grace Garden and Wildflower collections… making it garden/flower themed. =)
