TCB, I am told means takin’ care of business. For some reason that has struck my funny bone this morning. Perhaps because I was told “May, you’re really TCB today!” just sounded funny. But it is also true. Today is a total “TCB” day.

Gym, groceries, costco, target, fed-ex, pick up bed mat, put out garbage, clean house, dust, vacuum, laundry, wash the dog, weed… you get the drift. Today is devoted to all things that I need to do but usually cast aside in favor of creative time.

 The funny part? I’m totally inspired and I’ve finished up 2 projects instead of packaging up stuff for fed-ex. oops. and now I’m blogging. egads I’m bad. I’d better get back to work…

    I love this saying. Elvis Presley’s personal logo was TCB with a lightning bolt through it because he did it in a flash :-) It’s all over Graceland.

    Don’t you just love these kind of days when you get soooo much done!! Oh Man Elvis!! I gotta get to see his mansion I still love that man and his music…now that can put me in a mood for getting so much done

    Yep! I know I never have time to do chores. But when you think about it, on your deathbed what will you regret not doing. It sure won’t be housework.:)

    I plan on doing some serious TCB next week when my kids return to school. But, like you, I have the creative bug whispering in my ear, and the TCB may be put on the back burner.

    And… gee… thank… now I have that song ringing in my head. Phffft!
